Why is hemp oil soap so good ?

I was tempted to call my hemp oil soap Purple Haze but I thought it might make some people expect a little too much from it. 

Let's get this straight right off the bat - hemp oil soap has no THC or psychoactive properties so you won't find yourself failing a drug test if you use it. 

What it does have is amazing cleansing, moisturising and soothing properties which work incredibly well in cold processed, traditional soap. 

It is loaded with great stuff - moisturising essential fatty acids 3, 6 and 9 which mimic the fatty acid profile of skin. It also acts as an antioxidant slowing down skin damage from free radicals.

It won't clog pores and is great at balancing oil production so is helpful for both dry and oily skin types. 

If you are looking for a moisture boost it is hard to go past hemp oil. It also works to calm inflamed skin and ease irritation so it can be helpful for conditions like acne, eczema and psoriasis. 

Hemp oil soaps are also great as a shaving cream alternative especially if you use a brush to really get a thick lather happening.
